Diet programme for Diabetic patients
This programme is run exclusively for patients which are having issues related to Diabetes / insulin. Diabetes meal planning starts with eating a well-balanced diet that includes carbohydrates , protein, and fat. Carbohydrates (found in starches, fruit, vegetables, milk/yogurt and sweets) turn into sugar (glucose) in the body. Too much consumption of carbohydrates can raise blood glucose levels to very high levels but it is important not to cut out these foods. Eating too few carbohydrates may cause your blood glucose to go too low. Eating a moderate amount of carbs at each meal, with a balanced intake of protein and fat, will help your blood glucose stay in a healthy range. The objective of the programme is to normalize blood sugar levels , reduce insulin /med dosages and reducing weight loss gradually and thus achieving good health.
